Clare Manders

Clare is an Associate Director at Hyas, with over 15 years overall experience, across project management, strategy development, engagement and planning policy in both District and Unitary Councils. Before joining Hyas, Clare most recently worked for Buckinghamshire Council (previously Aylesbury Vale District Council/Buckinghamshire County Council) where she was responsible for the establishment and ongoing delivery of the ‘Aylesbury Garden Town’ initiative.

Clare is an experienced project manager and planning policy officer and has recently led work for Hyas on the now adopted RAF Halton SPD. Clare’s role focused on collaborative work with the Council and DIO as well as undertaking a successful and detailed engagement programme. Clare also leads our work on the Hemel Garden Communities (HGC) Programme where we work alongside the HGC team and support on a number of key workstreams including stewardship.
